Safari bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the safari permit is issued by the Forest Department. Until permit issuance, bookings remain provisional.
Once a safari permit is issued, the booking becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. This is due to strict forest department regulations governing wildlife safaris.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original mode of payment or the bank account provided by the customer.
Requests for changes in safari date, zone, timing, or visitor details are subject to permit availability and forest department rules. Any modification after permit issuance is not permitted.
Online Corbett Safari shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, forest closures, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Online Corbett Safari is a private travel service provider that facilitates safari bookings on behalf of travelers. Safari permits are issued solely by the Uttarakhand Forest Department, and refund decisions are governed by their rules.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and identification details at the time of booking. Any error in submitted details may lead to cancellation without refund.
