Online Corbett Safari is a privately operated travel service that assists customers with safari booking requests and related travel arrangements. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

1. Booking Requests and Confirmation

Safari requests are subject to availability, the applicable booking process and the rules of the relevant authority. A request should not be treated as confirmed until the required permit or booking confirmation has been issued. We will communicate the booking status to the customer using the contact details provided.

2. Customer Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel a request. Whether a cancellation or refund is possible depends on the booking status, the terms disclosed before payment, and the rules applicable to the particular service. Where a permit has already been issued, cancellation or refund may not be available under the applicable rules.

3. Refund Eligibility

If we are unable to complete a booking because the required permit is unavailable or a technical issue prevents the booking, we will review the payment and arrange a refund for the amount received for the unfulfilled booking, where applicable.
Once a permit or booking has been issued, refunds and changes are subject to the applicable authority's rules and the terms disclosed for that booking.
Refunds may not be available for no-shows, late arrivals, incorrect customer details, incomplete documentation, or a customer's failure to follow the stated reporting instructions, where these circumstances make the booking unusable under the applicable rules.
Any non-refundable charges, if applicable, should be disclosed to the customer before payment.

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, we will initiate it within 7–10 working days, where practicable. The time taken for the amount to appear in the customer's account may also depend on the bank, payment provider or original payment method. If a different timeline applies to a particular booking, we will communicate it to the customer.

5. Changes and Modifications

Requests to change the safari date, zone, time or visitor details are subject to availability and the applicable permit rules. Changes may not be possible after a permit has been issued. Please contact us to check whether a requested change can be made; do not assume a change is confirmed until we communicate confirmation.

6. Forest Closures and Unforeseen Events

Safaris may be affected by forest or zone closures, weather, natural events, government directions or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the available options, including rescheduling or refund, will depend on the applicable authority's instructions and the terms for the booking. We will share the information available to us and explain the next steps.

7. Our Service Role

Online Corbett Safari is a private travel service provider that assists customers with booking requests. Permits and entry permissions are issued by the relevant authority, not by Online Corbett Safari. We do not represent ourselves as a government department or as the official booking portal of Corbett Tiger Reserve.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate names, identification details and other information required for the booking. Errors, missing information or failure to carry required documents may affect entry or use of the service and may limit refund eligibility under the applicable rules.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy when our process or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated date. Booking-specific terms communicated before payment will also apply to that booking.
